Using a method similar to Example 405, a reaction of 6-(4-formyl-2-methoxyphenoxy)nicotinamide (Example 414, Part B) (0.050 g, 0.184 mmol) and 2-(pyridin-3-yl)ethylamine (0.0224 g, 0.184 mmol) gives the title compound (0.0406 g, 58.4%): TOF MS ES+ 379.2 (M+H)+, HRMS calcd for C21H23N4O3 379.1770 (M+H)+, found 379.1759, time 0.41 min.
