50 mg of benzyl N-(6-iodo-5-oxo-10,11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-1-yl)carbamate prepared in Example 8-a was treated with hydrazine monohydrate by the procedure of Example 1-h and purified and separated by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate:hexane=1:2), to give 15 mg of the title compound as a colorless powder.
