330 mg (0.90 mMol) (2-Methoxy-pyridin-4-yl)-[6-(4-chloromethyl-phenyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl]-amine, 0.81 ml morpholine and a trace of NaI is stirred for 2 h in 20 ml boiling ethanol. A clear solution is formed from which upon cooling to RT the title compound crystallizes out and can be filtered off; TLC (CH2Cl2/methanol 9:1) Rf=0.33; MS-ES+: (M+H)+=417.
