This material was prepared following the methods described in Example 8 (b) using 4-chloro-2-(4-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-pyridine (Example 8 (a), 43 mg, 0.16 mmol), 7-hydroxyquinoline (46 mg, 0.32 mmol) and potassium t-butoxide (38 mg, 0.34 mmol) in N-methylpyrrolidone (0.6 mL). The compound was purified by flash chromatography using 1:4 of EtOAc/hexanes, to provide the title compound as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 367 (M+1).
