To a solution of tert-butyl 2-(4-acetamido-3,5-dichlorophenyl)-1-(3-(methoxyimino)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-propanamido)ethylidenecarbamate (12 mg) in dichloromethane (0.10 mL) was added TFA (0.10 mL), and the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 12 h. The solvents were removed in vacuo to give the title compound as its TFA salt (10 mg). Retention time: 1.75 min (method A). MS (ESI) (M+H)+ 482.19.
