10 mg of potassium carbonate was added to a methanol (0.5 ml) solution of 11 mg of 2-(2-(5-((2′-fluorobiphenyl-4-yl)oxy)-2-pyridin-2-yl-1H-benzimidazol-6-yl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)-2-oxoethyl acetate obtained in Example 513, and the reaction liquid was stirred at room temperature for 1 day. The reaction liquid was diluted with chloroform, washed with water and saturated saline in order, and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated away under reduced pressure, and the resulting residue was purified through partitioning thin-layer chromatography (Kieselgel™ 60F254, Art 5744 (by Merck), chloroform/methanol=10/1) to obtain the entitled compound as a white solid.
