By using a similar method of Example 460, using 2-isopropyl-4H-3-thia-1,4,9-triaza-benzo[f]azulen-10-ylamine(1.47 g, 5.69 mmol) and (S)-2-phenethyl-piperazine (1.08 g, 5.69 mmol) to give 1.04 g of the title compound as a yellow solid: mass spectrum (ion spray): m/z=432 (M+1); Analysis for C25H29N5S: calcd: C, 69.57; H, 6.77; N, 16.22; found: C, 69.40; H, 6.90; N, 15.98.
