PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared in analogy to example 1 (b) from 2-isopropoxy-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (Example A1) and 1-(2-piperazin-1-yl-thiazol-5-yl)-propan-1-one hydrochloride. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, methanol/dichloromethane) to yield the title compound as a light brown crystalline solid (yield 24%). MS (m/e): 466.0 (M+H+, 100%).
