PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared in analogy to example 82 (b) from 4-(dimethylaminomethylene-thiocarbamoyl)-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 82(a)) and 1-bromo-pinacolone. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, ethyl acetate/heptane) to afford the title compound as a white crystalline solid (yield 87%). MS (m/e): 354.3 (M+H+, 100%).
