PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared in analogy to example 1 (b) from 2-isobutylsulfanyl-5-methanesulfonyl-benzoic acid (Example A25) and 1-(5-trifluoromethyl-thiazol-2-yl)-piperazine hydrochloride (Example 58(c)). The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, ethyl acetate/heptane) to yield the title compound as a light yellow solid (yield 88%). MS (m/e): 508.3 (M+H+, 100%).
