Reaction Steps
Prepared in analogy to example 1 (b) from 2-morpholin-4-yl-5-nitro-benzoic acid (Example A27) and 2-piperazin-1-yl-thiazole-5-carbonitrile (Example 6(a)). The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, methanol/dichloromethane) to yield the title compound as a yellow solid (yield 24%). MS (m/e): 429.5 (M+H+, 100%).
