PROCEDURE

实验过程

Prepared in analogy to example 1 (b) from 2-cyclopentyloxy-5-methylsulfamoyl-benzoic acid (Example A29) and 3-phenyl-5-piperazino-1,2,4-thiadiazole. The crude material was purified by chromatography (SiO2, methanol/dichloromethane) to yield the title compound as an off-white solid (yield 72%). MS (m/e): 528.5 (M+H+, 100%).
