4-(1,3-Dioxo-5-phenoxy-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl)-2-methoxymethoxy-N-(2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-ethyl)-benzamide [Example G2] was treated with trifluoroacetic acid (1 ml, 1 M in dichloromethane). After 30 minutes, the solvent was removed to afford the title compound as a trifluoroacetate salt.
