实验过程

A solution of compound 44 (340 mg, 0.88 mmol) in POCl3 (0.4 ml) is stirred at 65° C. for 1 hour, then cooled to room temperature and poured onto ice (10 g). The resulting solution is neutralized with Na2CO3, and extracted with 50% EtOAc in hexane. The combined extracts are washed with water, brine, dried, filtered and evaporated. The crude product is purified by chromatography (eluted with 6% EtOAc in hexane) to give the product as a white crystalline solid. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.01 (t, J=7.6 Hz, 6H), 1.76 (m, 4H), 2.12 (s, 3H), 3.78 (s, 3H), 4.19 (m, 1H), 6.78 (s, 1H), 6.89 (dd, 1H), 7.05 (s, 1H), 7.26 (s, 1H), 7.27 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H). LCMS 404.27 (M+1).
