Reaction Steps
The solution of Example 4A (6.56 g.) was suspended in. dioxane (250 mL) and hydrogenated over 10% Pd/C at 4 atmospheres H2 at 50° for 3 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, diethylether was and the resulting solid filtered to provide the titled compound (5.55 g, 94%).
