Reaction Steps
A mixture of Example 96A (82 mg, 0.16mmol) and 10% palladium on carbon (8 mg) in methanol (10 ml) and THF (10 ml) was stirred under hydrogen gas for 1.5 hour, filtered through diatomaceous earth (Celite®), and concentrated to provide the desired product. MS (ESI(+)Q1MS) m/z 294 (M+H)+.
