A solution of Example 103 (0.05 g, 0.10 mmol), tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium(O) (0.01, 0.01 mmol), and 3-ethoxy-3-oxopropylzincbromide (0.6 ml of 0.5M solution in THF) in THF (2 mL) was shaken in a sealed tube at 80° C. for 15 hours, treated with water (2 mL), and extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was the concentrated and the residue was purified by high throughput HPLC with aqueous 0.1% TFA and CH3CN to provide the titled compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.98 (s, 1H), 8.17 (d, J=9 Hz, 1H), 6.52-7.74 (m, 10H), 6.31 (s, 1H), 4.18 (q, J=7 Hz, 2H), 3.02 (s, 3H), 1.25 (t, J=7 Hz, 3H); MS (ESI(−)Q1MS m/z 516 (M−H).
