Reaction Steps
According to the procedure described in Example 1g) 3.3 g 4,6-dichloro-2-cyclopropyl-5-(o-methoxyphenoxy)-pyrimidine (prepared according to procedures described in Example 1) was reacted with 5-i-propyl-2-pyridyl-sulfonamide potassium salt to give 4.04 g 5-i-propyl-N-[6-chloro-5-(o-methoxyphenoxy)-2-cyclopropyl-pyrimidin-4-yl]-pyridine-2-sulfonamide. LC-MS: tR=5.64 min, [M−1]−=473.29.
