PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of (7R)-3-chloro-7-[2-[5-chloro-2-(tritylamino)-thiazol-4-yl]-2-(2-fluoroethoxyimino)-acetylamino]-8-oxo-5-thia-1-aza-bicyclo[4.2.0]oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid t-butyl ester XV (45 mg, 0.057 mmol) and sodium 5-amino-[1,3,4]thiadiazole-2-thiolate (10 mg, 0.064 mmol) in DMF (0.5 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 3 hr. The reaction mixture was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic layer was separated and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. After evaporating the solvent under reduced pressure the title compound (8 mg, 16%) was isolated by radial chromatography on silica gel (dichloromethane/methanol 50:1).
