To 3-methyl-4-(3-pyrimidin-4-yl-pyridin-2-yloxy)-phenylamine (30 mg, 0.11 mmol), (3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-acetic acid (27 mg, 0.13 mmol), and EDC (41 mg, 0.22 mmol) was added CH2Cl2 (2.0 mL). The mixture was stirred for 6 h at RT, concentrated, diluted with EtOAc, and extracted with saturated NaHCO3. The organic layer was dried over Na2SO4, filtered, concentrated and purified by reverse-phase HPLC to yield N-(3-Methyl-4-((3-(4-pyrimidinyl)-2-pyridinyl)oxy)phenyl)-2-(3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)acetamide. MS m/z=465 [M+1]+. Calc'd for C25H19F3N4O2: 464.45.
