Reaction Steps
Compound of example 121 (2.0 g, 5.0 mmol) in dry DMF (25 mL) was reacted with methyl 2-chlorobenzoate (2.55 g, 15 mmol) in the presence of NaH (50%, 1.19 g, 25 mmol) as described in example 16 to obtain the title compound.
