NaNd-bis-Boc-L-ornithyl-(3,4,5-trifluoro)-D-Phenylalanine Quinoline-3-amide was converted into mono-mesylate salt of the tile product according to the procedure described for compound 3 to give the title product (0.15 g) as off white solid.
