To a stirred solution of rac-4-[(3S,4R)-3-{[2-(3,5-Bis-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-2-methyl-propionyl]-methyl-amino}-4-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl]-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (21 mg, 0.30 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (4 ml) at RT, was added TFA (1 ml). After 1 hour, the reaction mixture was neutralized by addition of an aqueous solution of NaHCO3. The organic phases were dried over Na2SO4 to yield the title compound as a white solid.
