Procedure

To a stirred solution of compound 12e (550 mg, 1.37 mmol) in DMF (30 mL) was added lithium chloride (721 mg, 13.7 mmol). After stirring for 120 minutes at 120° C. the reaction was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was diluted with CH2Cl2 (50 mL) washed with water (1×20 mL), dried with MgSO4 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography (5-66% isohexane:EtOAc) to give the title compound (330 mg, 72%) as a yellow oil. MS M+H 342, 344.
