Procedure
Hydrazine hydrate (0.126 mL, 2.59 mmol) was added to a stirring room temperature solution of 78 0.0.6895 g, 2.63 mmol) in EtOH (2.6 mL, 1 M) under N2. The reaction was then heated to reflux until judged complete by HPLC (45 min): The reaction was concentrated and purified with 9:1 to 8:1 Hexanes:(3:1 CH2Cl2:2N NH3 in EtOH) to achieve 0.6153 g (90.6%) of 79. HPLC: 10.001 min.
