Reaction Steps
Using 1.11 g of ethyl 2-(ethoxymethylene)butyrylacetate (ethyl 2-ethoxymethylene-3-oxohexanoate) and 1.32 g of 4-chloro-2-hydrazino-6-(4-methoxybenzyl)aminopyrimidine, the same reaction and after-treatment of Example 83-(1) were carried out to obtain 1.57 g of the title compound as a milk white solid.
