Reaction Steps
The product from Example 93C (0.108 g, 0.161 mmoles) was treated with 4 N HCl (2.0 mL/8.00 mmoles) in dioxane and stirred at room temperature for one hour. Reaction quenched with saturated NaHCO3 and extracted with CH2Cl2. Extracts dried (Na2SO4), filtered, and the filtrate concentrated under reduced pressure to provide the title compound with no further purification.
