Reaction Steps
Intermediate 32 was treated with 4M hydrogen chloride in dioxane (15 ml) and the solution stirred for 2 h at room temperature. The solution was treated with methanol (20 ml) and concentrated in vacuo to give the title compound as an off-white solid (1.53 g).
