Reaction Steps

The compound was prepared from 4-amino-2-methylsulfanyl-pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid methoxy-methyl-amide (Example 168) and 1,2-difluoro-4,5-dimethoxy-benzene (Aldrich) in an analogous manner as described in Example 169. HR-MS (ES, m/z) calculated for C14H14N3O3SF2 (M+) 341.0646, observed 341.0644.
