Conditions
- Temperature
- 100 °C
Procedure
The product from Step A was dissolved in 3 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid (37%). The reaction mixture was heated at 100° C. for 48 h before it was cooled to room temperature. The water was removed azeotropically with toluene. Purification by HPLC (YMC Pro-C18 column, gradient elution, 10–90% acetonitrile/water with 0.1% concentrated hydrochloric acid) afforded the title compound. LC/MS 344.1 (M+1).
