Reaction Steps
According to the method of Example 21, Step C, the tert-butyl trans-N-benzyl-[4-(1-chloro-4-vinylisoquinolin-5-yl)aminocyclohexyl]carbamate obtained in Step A mentioned above was used for the cyclization instead of the trans-isomer of Intermediate 10 to obtain the title compound.
