Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared according to the procedure described for example 2 starting from 8-(2-tert-Butoxycarbonylamino-6-methylbenzylamino)-3-formyl-2-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine (0.15 g) and sodium borohydride (15 mg) in methanol. 0.12 g of the title compound of m.p. 102°-104° C. are isolated.
