Reaction Steps

This compound was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, except that 3-[4-(5-bromopyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino]-4-methylaniline (Reference Example 19) and 3-methoxy-4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-ylmethyl)benzoyl chloride dihydrochloride (Reference Example 3) were used, and that the reaction was conducted at room temperature for 17 hours and the crude product was purified by silica gel column chromatography.
