Procedure
To a solution of (R)-2-[2-(4-Methyl-piperidin-1-yl)ethyl]pyrrolidine (D6) 1 mmol and -diisopropylethylamine (1 mmol) in dichloromethane (10 mL) at 0° C. was added 1-naphthalene sulfonyl chloride. Stirring was continued at room temp. for 12 hours. The solution was washed with 10% aqueous NaOH and brine, dried and concentrated. The residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel to afford the title compound (MH30 387).
