The title compound was prepared from 9 mg (0.05 mmol) of 4-(3-phenyl-2,2-dimethylpropyl)piperidine (from EXAMPLE 98, Step I) and 20 mg (0.05 mmol) of 2-(R)-(3-(R)-formyl-4-(S)-phenylpyrrolidin-1-yl)-2-(cyclohexyl)acetic acid, 4-methoxybenzyl ester (from EXAMPLE 33, Step E) using procedures analogous to those described in EXAMPLE 1, Step J and EXAMPLE 10, Step F. For the title compound: ESI-MS 531 (M+H).
