Procedure

To a solution of Example 80 (0.161 g) in CH2Cl2 (4 mL) was added TFA (1 mL). After 3 hours at room temperature, the reaction mixture was diluted with CH2Cl2, washed with water and brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered, concentrated and purified by chromatography (silica gel: 80:20 CH2Cl2:MeOH, Chromatotron) to afford the titled compound (0.133 g). MS (m/z) 614 [M—H]−.
