50 ml of saturated hydrogenchloride-ethyl acetate solution was added to 4-[N-[1-[N-(pyrazin-2-ylcarbonyl)amino]cyclohexanecarbonyl]amino]-1-(2-methanesulfonylphenyl)piperidin-3-one (500 mg) obtained in Example 139. The reaction mixture was stirred for 2 hours at room temperature and filtered to give 380 mg of the titled compound as white solid.
