Procedure
A mixture of compound of example 101 (34 mg, 0.084 mmol), 1,2,3-triazole (0.40 mL, 6.9 mmol), copper metal (5.4 mg, 0.084 mmol), and K2CO3 (11.5 mg, 0.083 mmol) in a sealed tube was heated at 160° C. for 5 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with MeOH (2 mL), filtered through Celite and concentrated. The residue was purified by preparative HPLC to yield title compound (3.1 mg, 0.026 mmol, 39%) as a yellow solid.
