This compound was synthesized from 2-cyano-2-methylpropanehydrazide and methyl 4-fluorobenzimidate hydrochloride as described in example 64 step 3 (300 mg, yield 70%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, MeOD) δ 8.03-7.98 (m, 2H), 7.29-7.23 (m, 2H), 1.81 (s, 6H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C12H11FN4: 230.10. found: 231.2 (M+H)+.
