This compound was synthesized from 2-(2-(4-fluorophenyl)oxazol-4-yl)-2-methylpropan-1-amine and 2-(5-(trifluoromethyl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)oxazole-4-carboxylic acid as described in example 8 step 6 (6 mg, yield 13%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.88-8.86 (m, 1H), 8.49 (s, 1H), 8.25-8.21 (m, 2H), 7.46 (s, 1H), 7.23-7.19 (t, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 3.62-3.60 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 1.39 (s, 6H). MS (ESI) m/z: Calculated for C20H15F4N6O4: 465.11. found: 466.1 (M+H)+.
