PROCEDURE

实验过程

A solution of 6-{[(1R,3S,4S)-3-{[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}-4-({[tert-butyl(dimethyl)silyl]oxy}methyl)cyclopentyl]oxy}-N-[(1R,2S)-2-methoxy-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl]pyrimidin-4-amine (0.32 g, 0.00053 mol) in THF (2.88 mL), water (2.88 mL), and acetic acid (8.64 mL) was stirred for 3 days. The reaction was concentrated and azeotroped 2x with toluene. The residue was purified by flash chromatography (30 to 80% EtOAc/hexanes) give 0.20 g (77%) of the title compound. LC/MS: Rt=1.59 min, ES+ 486 (FA standard).
