This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-methyl-6-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-2-phenylpyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.120 g; 0.314 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.314 mL; 3.14 mmol) in methanol (3 mL) to afford 0.055 g (48%) of the title compound as a white solid.
