Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-(chroman-6-yl)-6-methyl-2-phenylpyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.094 g; 0.226 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.226 mL; 2.26 mmol) in methanol (2.2 mL) to afford 0.070 g (74%) of the title compound as a white solid.
