Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 2-(4-(4-isopropylphenyl)-6-methyl-2-phenylpyrimidin-5-yl)pentanoate (0.074 g; 0.184 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.184 mL; 1.84 mmol) in methanol (2 mL) to afford 0.060 g (83%) of the title compound as a white solid.
