This compound was prepared according to general method D from methyl 4-methoxy-2-(4-methyl-2-(piperidin-1-yl)-6-p-tolylpyrimidin-5-yl)butanoate (0.018 g; 0.045 mmol), sodium hydroxide 10N (0.045 mL; 0.45 mmol) in methanol (0.4 mL) to afford 0.007 g (38%) of the title compound as a white solid.
