Procedure
To a solution of 430 (300 mg, 0.496 mmol) in DMF (6 mL) was added ethyl bromoacetate (0.06 mL, 0.546 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at RT for 3 days, quenched with water and extracted with DCM. The organic phase was collected, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by Biotage (SNAP 10 g cartridge; MeOH/DCM: 0/100 to 10/90), to afford the title compound 431 (93 mg, 27% yield) as a beige solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ (ppm): 8.76 (s, 1H), 8.54 (brd, J=1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.52 (d, J=5.6 Hz, 1H), 8.35 (s, 1H), 8.25 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (dd, J=8.0, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (dd, J=13.6, 2.4 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (t, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.23-7.18 (m, 1H), 6.65 (dd, J=5.2, 0.8 Hz, 1H), 6.61 (brd, J=2.8 Hz, 1H), 4.05 (q, 7.2 Hz, 2H), 3.93-3.75 (m, 5H), 3.79 (s, 2H), 3.31 (s, 2H), 2.58-2.52 (m, 1H), 1.37 (s, 9H), 1.17 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H), 0.68-0.62 (m, 2H), 0.47-0.41 (m, 2H). MS (m/z): 691.64 (M+H).
