(62.7% yield). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) δ 5.93 (t, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 4.30-4.09 (m, 2H), 2.83-2.68 (m, 2H), 2.62-2.43 (m, 2H), 2.18 (t, J=1.9 Hz, 3H), 1.37-1.20 (m, 3H). 19F NMR (376 MHz, CHLOROFORM-d) δ −73.63 (s, 3F).
