Procedure
The preparation was carried out as already described starting from 24 mg (0.06 mmol) of 4-[4-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl]piperidine hydrochloride and 13 μl (0.11 mmol) of acetic acid 4-chlorobutyl ester. The protecting group was cleaved off by means of a 1N sodium hydroxide solution in methanol. The product was purified by means of preparative HPLC and is in the form of the hydrochloride.
