Procedure
The preparation is carried out as described starting from 218 mg (0.58 mmol) of 1-[4-(5,8-dimethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)thiazol-2-yl]piperidin-4-ylamine and 126 μl (0.58 mmol) of 4-bromobutyl acetate. The protecting group is cleaved off by means of a 1N NaOH solution in methanol. The product is in the form of the hydrochloride.
