Procedure
5-(3-Chloro-2,5-difluoro-4-iodophenyl)-1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (1.686 mmol, 0.716 g) and copper(I) cyanide (1.686 mmol, 0.151 g) were suspended in NMP. The resulting mixture was stirred at 170° C. for 7 h. The reaction was quenched by, pouring the mixture onto 12% ammonia solution and stirred for 20 min. The formed precipitate was filtered and washed with water. 0.276 g of the title product was obtained. Identification after the next step due to low solubility of the product.
